Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, starting from the day you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition—unused or unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions, including where and how to ship your item. Returns must be sent using Royal Mail Tracked Delivery. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If the correct item was delivered and it is not damaged, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not charge any restocking fees—this is our way of keeping the process customer-friendly.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@ophiralondon.com. We’ll review the issue and make things right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

Exchanges
Want to exchange for a different item? The fastest way is to return your original product and place a new order once your return has been approved.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation. The item must be unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
If you change your mind, simply contact us within the first 14 days for a full refund to your original payment method. After 14 days (up to 30 days), we still accept returns; however, refunds will be issued as store credit.
Items must be in unused, original condition with tags and packaging intact. Once the return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund or credit promptly.

We’re also happy to offer a replacement if your order arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
