At Ophira London, we’re dedicated to getting your order to you as quickly, safely, and smoothly as possible.
Once your order is placed, it enters our fulfilment queue for processing. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow its journey.
Standard delivery usually takes around 5 business days from the shipping date. If an item is low in stock or requires additional handling, dispatch may be delayed by an extra 2–3 business days — but rest assured, we always aim to deliver as soon as possible.
We offer free UK shipping on all orders via Royal Mail Tracked Delivery.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@ophiralondon.com. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide clear instructions and a return address.
To ensure safe and traceable delivery, all returns must be sent via Royal Mail Tracked, following the guidance we provide. This helps protect both you and us from lost parcels and ensures a smooth refund process.
